Sustainable Energy Services Afghanistan (SESA)

Sustainable Energy Services Afghanistan (SESA)

SESA is an Afghan registered company. It embodies our long-term commitment to Afghanistan and our understanding that service and support services must extend throughout the lifetime of the project. This means decades, not months.

With a staff of more than 20, SESA can offer a range of services that have not been present in Afghanistan before. In particular, SESA is focused on reducing the dependence of Afghanistan on diesel generators for base load power generation and on increasing the use of electricity for productive use in rural areas.

SESA is proud to provide professionally trained Afghan men and women to provide state-of-the-art renewable energy solutions. Built by Afghans, for Afghans.

about-whatwedo

SESA understands that isolated communities need energy to develop and expand their economic base. It is SESA’s firm view that these isolated networks must be built to a high construction standard in order to survive the harsh Afghan environment.

SESA does not cut corners or compromise in the delivery of transmission, distribution or power generation networks. We recognize that engineering is only half the project, and community organization, training and support is critical to long-term project success.

By following recognized standards for construction and engineering, SESA ensures that its installations conform to national power grid voltages and requirements and connecting isolated community clusters to the wider national power grid very simple.
